All sales are final. You will be billed each month you are a member of this service and have access to the service as long as you are an active paid member. Once, you are inactive, you will no longer be able to access the content connected to this service. For the Technician Acceleration Program you will receive access to twenty four streaming videos per month as part of your subscription. You must cancel your subscription seven (7) business days before your renewal date in writing in order to avoid charges for the new subscription period. Currently we have a seven day try us for $5 promotion. You will receive access to all video content for $5 for seven days. Please contact us no later than the sixth day if you do not want to be billed for the monthly subscription price of $197. After the trial period passes, if you have not requested a cancellation, your credit card will be charged for the monthly $197 subscription and you will be charged this fee each additional month you are a part of this subscription service.
If you sign up for one of our live or online classes, refunds will only be permitted based on the parameters outline in the sales page for that class. Our standard policy is that you must request a refund 48 hours prior to the start of a class to be eligible for a full refund.
There will be no refunds or partial refunds for the membership subscription service.
The only exception to the refund policy is with the six week online classes. The satisfaction guarantee for a six week course gives you seven days after the start of the first session to request a refund for any reason. If you have not requested a refund by this time, a refund will not be permitted for any reason including technical difficulties or inability to attend the live sessions. If a refund is processed, you will not be able to view or receive any replays for any of the sessions, including the first session you attended. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven business days.
Occasionally we may offer physical items to be shipped. Our products are shipped within 4-7 Days using the United States Postal Service.
